Veterinary wellness resources
Wellness Information

One of the NHVMA's goals is to promote wellness resources to assist with issues related to substance abuse and mental & physical well-being in the veterinary community.

Our Wellness Committee and webpages serve to provide a list of peers, links and various other resources that you can and should utilize should you, an employee or co-worker require assistance with any type of substance abuse or well-being issues, including burnout, bullying and compassion fatigue, just to name a few.

We also continually monitor legislative bills that may impact health and wellbeing in the veterinary community.  Please reach out of you have questions, additions or suggestions for our wellness pages or committee.
